1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Ghost CMS Manager ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Software.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Sandip Das grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Ghost CMS Manager for your personal or commercial use.

3.1 License Types

• Trial License: 14-day evaluation period with full features
• 1 Year License: Full access for one year from activation date
• Lifetime License: Perpetual access with no expiration

3.2 License Restrictions

• Each license is valid for one device only
• You may not share, transfer, or resell your license key
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• You may not remove or modify any copyright notices

4. Purchase and Payment

4.1 Pricing

Current pricing is available at ghostcmsmanager.com/pricing. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect existing licenses.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Topmate. We do not store your payment information.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at sandip@ghostcmsmanager.com with your license key and reason for refund.

5. Software Updates

We may provide updates, bug fixes, and new features for the Software. Updates are included free of charge during your license period:

• Trial License: Updates during 14-day trial period
• 1 Year License: Free updates for one year
• Lifetime License: Free updates forever

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your license key
• Securing your Ghost CMS API credentials stored in the Software
• All activities that occur under your license

6.2 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Software only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Software to violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Use the Software to transmit malware or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Software's operation

7. Data and Privacy

7.1 Data Storage

Ghost CMS Manager stores your Ghost CMS API credentials and settings locally on your device. We do not collect or store your Ghost CMS data on our servers.

7.2 Analytics

We may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the Software. This data does not include your Ghost CMS content or API credentials.

7.3 Email Communications

By purchasing a license, you consent to receive:

• License key delivery emails
• Important product updates and security notices
• Occasional promotional emails (you may opt out)

8. Intellectual Property

Ghost CMS Manager, including all code, design, graphics, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Sandip Das. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Software will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Defects will be corrected
• The Software is free of viruses or harmful components

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SANDIP DAS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Third-Party Services

Ghost CMS Manager integrates with third-party services including:

• Ghost CMS: Your Ghost blog platform
• Cloudflare: CDN and DNS management (optional)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party services.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may stop using the Software at any time. Uninstalling the Software does not entitle you to a refund outside the 14-day guarantee period.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your license if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Use the Software for illegal activities
• Attempt to circumvent license restrictions

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies from your devices.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Software shall be resolved through:

2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be submitted to mediation
3. Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration

BY USING GHOST CMS MANAGER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
